CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
As the name suggests, this design is all about open living spaces. This high set beachfront house floats over the lower outdoor living capturing ocean breezes, providing cool and open shaded spaces to relax. Large eaves and wrap around verandas also give extended living space to each room. A walk-in concrete pool creates a soothing gradient of colour blending with its coastal backdrop.
